The District of Lake Country invites the Lake Country Farmers’ Institute to connect with them for project updates, milestones, and discussions on:
- Beaver Lake Chain and Vernon Creek Water Management Plan.
- Focused on managing water resources in beaver lake and Vernon creek to balance existing and future agricultural demands with environmental flows.
- Liquid Waste Management Plan & Reclaimed Water Use.
- A regulatory document required by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy.

- Watershed Initiatives (Local and Basin Wide)
