Elizabeth “Betsy” Beers is a researcher and Extension Entomologist at Washington State University’s Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center in Wenatchee, WA with over 40 years of experience in the tree fruit industry. She is best known for her work in tree fruit integrated pest management, with many diverse projects over the years covering topics like, integrated management of mites, biological and chemical controls of pests, indirect pests, invasive species, and much more.
