Agri-Link Up Event

We’re excited to invite you to the FieldStart Link-Up Event – a casual gathering to celebrate and connect with youth who have just completed the FieldStart Agri-Employment Program at Paynter’s Fruit Market. This project is funded by the Government of Canada and the Government of British Columbia through the Agriculture Workforce Development Initiative. The initiative is delivered by the Investment Agriculture Foundation of BC.

These youth (ages 14–30) will have spent the summer gaining hands-on farm experience, learning essential skills, and exploring career pathways in agriculture. This event offers a chance for employers like you to meet potential future hires, share insights, and support the next generation of ag professionals.
