Agrotek Industries, a BC-based Indigenous-led agritech company focused on soil health and sustainable agriculture solutions, is launching a new educational webinar series designed to foster dialogue and knowledge sharing across the agricultural sector. The first webinar, “Global Conflicts and Drought Season: Farming Smarter Under Pressure”, will explore how growers and industry experts are responding to rising input costs, drought conditions, and increasing uncertainty across the sector.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Juan Paez, Wild Flight Farm
  • Robby Gass, Alba Organics
  • Additional speakers from academia and industry organizations are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

“Our goal is to create a space where growers, researchers, and industry organizations can come together to exchange ideas and practical lessons from the field,” said Jonathan Mathias, CEO of Agrotek Industries. “Agriculture faces complex challenges, and collaboration will be key to building more resilient food systems.”

The webinar is the first in a broader series of conversations that Agrotek plans to host throughout 2026 and 2027, covering topics such as post-harvest planning, farm finance, and the future of food security and food sovereignty.
