Information Session on the Canada Grocery Code of Conduct

The Canada Grocery Code is a voluntary, industry-led framework designed to promote fair, ethical and transparent commercial dealings between retailers and suppliers across Canada’s grocery supply chain. It is administered by the Office of the Grocery Sector Code of Conduct (OGSCC), which provides information, guidance, education, issue reporting tools and dispute resolution processes for OGSCC members.

FVGC has arranged for the OGSCC to offer an information sharing webinar on June 16th for FVGC members to learn more about the Code, how to become a member, and to ask questions.

Please note that you must register in advance to join the call.

Members who have questions they would like addressed during the webinar may send them to Erik Nielsen at enielsen@fvgc.ca in advance. If members do not feel comfortable asking a question directly during the webinar, FVGC can raise the question on their behalf, anonymously.

FVGC continues to participate in discussions with the OGSCC through its role on the industry advisory group and will continue sharing relevant information with members as implementation moves forward.
