SUMMARY:Agriculture in Action Bus Tour
DESCRIPTION:Join the Cross-Commodity Leadership Support Project (CCLSP) and its partners — BCFGA\, BCCA\, BCGA\, BCWGC\, and OKSIR — in collaboration with the City of Kelowna for our third Agriculture in Action bus tour\, happening this spring in the Kelowna area. \nDesigned for local government staff\, this tour builds on the success of our 2024 Lake Country and spring 2025 Penticton events. Participants will visit farms and vineyards (host locations to be announced) to see firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing Okanagan tree fruit and wine grape growers. Through on-site learning and open conversation\, attendees will strengthen their understanding of the region’s agricultural sector and foster stronger working relationships between local government and industry.
