We’ll have water and frozen treats available. Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets\, if you like! \nThis is not a protest\, but rather a gathering of those who grow tree fruits and grapes in our valley and those who support them. We have invited public officials and community members to come and show their support\, and mingle and listen to the growers\, to understand what sort of supports are needed during these trying times. \nOur message is simple: Stronger Together. The extreme weather events and the plight of farmers goes beyond politics – we need support from consumers and non-partisan solutions and collaboration from all decision-makers.
